In Shop Service:

Ray's Tech Service floor technicians are CompTIA certified and have over 10 years combined experience. We provide almost any service you may need. Anywhere from basic pc setup and configuration to high level OS and application troubleshooting. Our average turn around time is 1-3 days. We charge $45.00 per hour with an average total ticket between $45.00 and $135.00.

Home and Office Pickup and Delivery:
Is your confidence in hooking up your pc a little low? No problem! Ray's Tech Service can pickup and deliver your computer for repairs and upgrades for a small fee. Just give us a call.

Field Service:
Ray's Tech Service field service department provides home services. Virus and spyware removal. If you can think of it, we can fix it. Onsite service charges are $65.00 per hour in Shawnee for residential clients (within a 5 mile radius of our location) and $75.00 per hour elsewhere.

Virus and Spyware Removal:
Ray's Tech Service can repair even the most damaged of systems from spyware and viruses. We charge $112.50 for spyware removal and $112.50 for virus removal or $135.00 for a combination of both (in most cases). Rates apply to In-shop service. Data Recovery:
Ray's Tech Service provides a wide array of data recovery services. Typical mediums include floppy disk, hard drives (IDE, SATA, and SCSI), USB and Firewire storage devices, and digital camera media. Data can be recovered to any media. Average data recovery cost is $135.00.
